LOL. So here are 3 celebrities that seems to disregard pants as a daily necessity to cover up their ladythingies.

We have Lady Gaga. This one comes as no surprise. When have you ever seen Lady Gaga wearing pants really? LOL.

Not only is the shirt too short, but she needs to learn that plaid and floral stocking nets and those boots just don't work.

Yes Lisa Rinna's looking fabolous at 46 but this mini-minidress looks more like a shirt than a dress.
Unfortunately Rinna's not the only one whose super short minidress/skirt doesn't work.
